Cloth are made from fiber glass woven cloth and treated with
varnishes of various types synthetic resin based, drying oils
and other substances suitable for use as electrical insulation
at 130o C temperatures.
Fiber
Glass Tapes Varnished Class B are available in straight cut
& Bias-cut in 50 mts length & 0.13 mm to 0.25 mm thickness,
width 10 mm to 90 mm subject to requirement.
Varnished
glass cloth & Tape is used as slot insulation in AC /
DC Induction Motors, as phase separator and layer insulation
in transformer, Switchgear and electrical instruments and
various other applications. |

Fibre Glass Cords are manufactured from E-type fiber
glass yarn twisted in twisting machine known as Twisted Cord.
When these are Braided on Braiding Machine 55 they are known
as Braided Cords.
It can be supplied in Varnished & Unvarnished State.
Due to high mechanical and heat resistence strength, it is
largely used to bind field coil with stator in Rotary Machine
such as Electric Motor, Generator, Alternator, Transformer
& many other application
These Cords are in continous length wound on Wooden Reels.

Glass Flexible Copper Cable
The electrolytic copper
wire conducter are bunched to require cross section area and
insulated with varnished polyethylene - terephthalate (PETP)
fabric tape with an external braid with fiber glass impregnated
with synthetic varnishes suitable for use at B, F & H
class of insulations.
These cables are available in standard 50 Mtrs and 100 Mtrs
length & Red, Blue, Yellow & Black Colours |

Glass Tape
Unique PG-20 TAPE
is made of an unidirectional layer of cabled glass yarns impregnated
under tension with a modified thermo setting resin for class
"H" Insulation.
Unique PG-20 TAPE is supplied in "B" stage semi-cured
Resin Systems. The free flow charecteristic of the resin avoids
air space in the band and there by improves heat dissipation
factor, and greatly adds its stability under all operating
conditions.
Designed for use as banding
restrain on Traction Armatures, large generators, and other
rotating electrical machines, It can also be used for the
banding of transformer cores & Transformer Tie-loops. |
